DPA Celebrates Diwali - Part 5: Highlights & Winners!
Posted by delhiparsi on 24 November, 2007

Above: It was a pleasant November evening, when the members of the Delhi Parsi Anjuman gathered at the Delhi Parsi Dharamsala to celebrate Diwali with great enthusiasm and the delightful spirit of the the occassion.
In keeping with the concerns for our environment, this Diwali celebration was ‘all green’ with no fireworks causing either air or noise pollution!
Instead we celebrated with colour and creativity in the form of painting, rangoli and dance competitions! Of course, being a Parsi celebration also meant we had great food to fill our stomachs and hearts!
Here is a glimpse of the great time we all had.

Above and Below: Prizes were awarded to the participants and winners of the various competitions held on the occassion. Mr. Dadi Mistry, President of the Delhi Parsi Anjuman (in white shirt) is seen here in these pictures, giving away the prizes.
